He came in and sat on the examining table next to me and said, “Now tell me your Knitter 2020 #quarantined shirt.”…and I did. When I was done he said he thought I had a brain tumor, Pituitary Adenoma. He said he wanted a CT Scan and would have the nurse/office manager make the appointment before I left. He asked why I hadn’t received one before. I told him the other doctor said he requested one, but DSHS had denied it. I heard him say “bullish!t” under his breath. He then told me he needed me to sign a release to get my file from the other doctor. My CT Scan was on the following Tuesday.

Knitter 2020 #quarantined shirt. I showed and was sitting on the exam room bed when he came in with a 4″ thick file. He said he had received my chart and put it on his counter, came over and sat next to me and sighed. I said you found something. He said yes. All I could say was “Now what?” He said “You get an MRI.” He told me he’d have the nurse order it but I was to stay here until he came back…it might take him a bit. He stared at the thick folder on the counter, then walked out the door. I took my chance. I opened the folder and flipped through all the notes, reports and S.O.A.P.s and read them all. The other Dr had never once requested a CT or MRI. In his documentation, he felt I was drug seeking and in need of psychiatric help. I was burning!
